TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Solid German engineering
For trimming, cutting to length, formatting, miter cutting, etc.
Dimensionally stable and self-supporting machine body, constructed as a robust frame welded from thick-walled steel profiles, laser-cut steel sheet metal parts and mechanically processed.
The torsion-resistant and finely planed cast iron table top is mounted on the machine body.
The robust and powerful sawing unit installed in the machine stand guarantees precise saw cuts.
The complete saw arbor unit is dynamically balanced, double-guided swivel segments made of gray cast iron with double column guidance for height adjustment as well as the 2-fold ball-bearing long circular saw arbor ensure absolute smooth running.
The ball-bearing double roller carriage is easy to move and maintenance-free. Precise and backlash-free running over the full length, guided with hardened and ground round steel guides with remote locking in a 50 mm grid.
Stable and yet light cross slide made of steel profiles with a support roller on the outer narrow side, cross slide widening on the wide side extendable up to 250 mm
Length stop on the cross slide with mm scale and telescopic extension extendable up to 3500 mm; with 2 robust and backlash-free adjustable stop flaps, 1 end stop with support for long strips; length stop can be used as an angled miter stop on both sides, continuously adjustable from 0° to 46° with mechanical length compensation; all common miter angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) can be quickly set using a locking system.
Rip fence with cutting width 1030 mm to the right of the saw blade with fine adjustment, easily adjustable and lockable manually, dimension indication via a clearly legible mm scale on an adjustable ruler carrier.
Table widening 1200 x 600 mm and table extension 750 x 655 mm
Operation on the machine body with a 4.3" touchscreen control for cutting height, swivel adjustment and speed.
