Magnetic Separator – Industrial Solution for Continuous Coolant Cleaning
A magnetic separator is an industrial device designed for the continuous removal of ferromagnetic particles from coolant and oil-based fluids generated during machining processes. Thanks to automatic, continuous operation, it effectively removes chips and fine metal particles from the flowing medium, reducing machine wear and minimizing downtime related to coolant replacement or filtration.

Design and Operating Technology
The separator is designed to mechanically and maintenance-free separate metallic contaminants from the process medium. The core working component is a magnetic drum made of stainless steel which, while rotating, attracts ferromagnetic particles from the flowing coolant. The collected contaminants are then removed and transported outside the working zone.
The discharge of collected particles is handled by a shaft system consisting of:
Magnetic shaft – responsible for capturing and holding metal particles during the separation process
Rubber-coated pressure shaft – stabilizes the removal of contaminants and supports their transfer to the waste container
The separator’s construction also includes a tank that ensures controlled flow of the medium through the separation zone. This design allows the unit to operate continuously and repeatedly remove contaminants without operator intervention.

A processing capacity of up to 25 l/min enables efficient operation in standard coolant systems commonly used in production halls. Magnetic separation reduces the presence of metal particles in circulation, resulting in:
