The Micro GAP 50 DC is ideal for welding tasks requiring precision, high-quality layer formation, and minimal dilution; particularly when fully automated welding is not practical or viable due to small batch sizes or task diversity. The machines can be supplied with various configuration options. Operation is via push-button selectors and rotary controls on the front panel display. The Micro GAP 50 DC is intended for manual and semi-automatic welding applications where frequent parameter changes are necessary. All settings are clearly displayed in plain text on the LCD display. Up to 100 memory slots are available for storing welding parameters. The powerful inverter delivers 33 A at 100% duty cycle, making it suitable for a wide range of micro plasma welding applications.
