The system was decommissioned one year ago due to a switch to a central system.
One year before decommissioning, all TCF elements were replaced.
In 2018, the filter elements in the sludge treatment system were upgraded to a more modern and process-reliable extraction system.
Cooling was implemented via an on-site control system, including a chilled water unit. The cooling pump (oil side) is still present and installed. Should you require assistance with the design of the cooling system, we would be happy to support you.
We can also assist with a restart on-site, if required.

- Total filter capacity approx. 210 l/min
- Filter fineness approx. 3 μm nominal
- Tank volume approx. 800 l
- Designed for two hoppers WU305L/325L/105L including interface
