The system was taken out of service a year ago due to a switch to a centralized system.
One year before decommissioning, all TCF elements were replaced.
We can provide support for recommissioning.

Technical data:
- Total filter capacity approximately 210 l/min
- Filter fineness approximately 3 μm nominal
- Tank capacity approximately 800 l
- Designed for two hoppers WU305L/325L/105L including interface

Equipment:
- 3 filter groups, individually automatically backwashable, each with 2 TCF filter columns
- 1 filter pump
- 1 pneumatic unit
- 1 automatic sludge treatment system via a settling tank and scraper conveyor
- In-line cooling via the return flow from the filter columns to the clean oil area via the plate heat exchanger, including flow control in the chilled water circuit
- Color RAL 7035
- 1 control cabinet, wired according to VDE standards, PLC control,
operation and parameterization via touch panel
