Scope of supply:

1. Entry Line made OTO MILLS with:
• Double Uncoiler OTOAD256 -PA
• Double strip peeler for opening from top/bottom
• Automatic strip joiner OTO GG254
• Floop vertical accumulator

2. OTO 80.3 QTC tube mill made OTO MILLS with:
• Casted Iron stand
• Bottom shaft height adjustable
• Reinforced motor and gearboxes 2-speed transmission
• Hydraulic nuts
• Double length cooling tunnel
• Motorised turk-head for fast adjustment

3. Quick change rafted system OTO QTC - 2nd set of cassettes off-line including :
• 1 complete cassette for forming
• 1 complete cassette for fin-pass
• 1 complete cassette for sizing
• Quick – plug automatic cardan connections

4. 150 m/min Flying saw – High Speed cold saw OTO TCCG160 with :
• Carriage motion with 70kW motor
• Cutting head motion with hydraulic control
• AC Rotation of the blade

5. Automatic packer MAIR SQ.HEX.90.D.5.SL with emulsion draining and bundle weighting system
• Possibility to make hexagonal and square/rectangular bundles
• 5 modules for production of tubes 4-10m (12m for thickness >1.8mm)
• Including emulsion draining, and weighting unit
• 3 chains for finished bundle storage
• Test tube zone, with cutting saw for the test tube
