OTC Daihen Easy Arc 01

On behalf of a customer, we are selling a used Easy Arc 01 welding robot cell from OTC Daihen. The welding robot cell was used to a limited extent for training purposes for vocational school students and prospective welding robot operators. In total, the system has approximately 100 operating hours. It was purchased in November 2019 and put into operation in 2020. It has been idle for 3 years, which is why it is now being sold. Due to the low operating hours spread over the years, the system is still in very good condition, almost like new.

The Easy Arc was developed by OTC Daihen as an entry-level solution for welding automation. The highly precise welding robot and the already integrated welding table ensure effective welding production. The compact design makes transport much easier. In addition, the low installation effort enables a quick start of production.

The Easy Arc 01 consists of the following components:
- OTC welding robot type FD-B6: 6-axis articulated arm robot with a 6 kg payload, including robot controller type FD-11 and touchscreen control panel
- OTC MIG/MAG welding technology type Welbee WB-P400: 400A inverter pulsed welding power source with integrated robot interface
- OTC torch type RT3500H: Robot welding torch (45°) with safety emergency stop and 4-roller wire feed system, max. output 350A, gas-cooled, B-type collision protection integrated
- Siegmund welding table: 2000x1200mm and insertion height 950mm, 3,200 kg payload, 28mm hole pattern with 100x100mm hole grid for receiving corresponding clamping devices

- OTC safety technology: sturdily designed safety enclosure including dual-channel monitored material gate and "Robot Monitoring Unit (RMU)". The use of RMU ensures that compliance with the predefined work area of the robot according to Performance Level PLd is guaranteed.

The system is CE-compliant (as well as compliant with UVV / VDI / DIN) and can be connected to any standard 32A three-phase power outlet due to an integrated residual current circuit breaker type B.

- Positioning accuracy: +/- 0.08mm
- Maximum working area in the P-point: Ø2890mm
- Memory capacity of the robot controller type FD-11: 9999 programs
- Communication of the robot controller with the welding technology via digital CAN-BUS
- Welding power source Welbee WB-P400: Output current range 30-400A, output voltage 12-34V, duty cycle 280A/100%, digital inverter technology with high arc stability over the entire current range

The system is delivered including extensive accessories (see picture) for steel and aluminum. In addition, a fume extraction hood is included in the scope of delivery.

The Easy Arc is currently still at the customer's site and is no longer in operation. An inspection may be possible after prior arrangement. Transport must be organized by the buyer; loading will be carried out on-site.
