OMAX waterjet cutting machines are ideal for pilot, one-off and small series production. The Tilt-A-Jet cutting head automatically calculates and compensates for the natural taper. This results in a right-angled cutting edge. In addition, precise small angles can be created in contours (toolmaking & press molds with small, precise initial angles, etc.).

The A-Jet is fully software-controlled, the multi-axis accessory allows angles of up to 60° to be cut in relation to the vertical. The A-Jet cuts countersinks and any contour chamfers. This accessory is also used to produce weld seam preparations.
