Travel stand removed and lifted out of the machine. ATC removed and lifted out of the machine.
All linear guides removed.
Mounting surfaces of the Z-axis cleaned.
New linear guide for Z-axis including shoes installed and tightened with the specified torques.
New ball screw for Z-axis including bearing mounted and installed.
Base plate of the travel stand installed and tightened with the specified torques or screwed onto the shoes. Lubrication lines connected.
ATC including attachments installed and connected.
New linear guides YA and XA installed and tightened with the corresponding torques. New ball screw YA including bearing installed.
Travel stand installed and lubrication lines connected. Base plate XA placed and aligned.
8th axis placed and aligned.
H1 turret installed
- Install drive motor for the 8th axis
- Assembly of 8th axis + new H1 and adjust geometry
- Functional test of 8th axis and H1
- Run-in program for B-axis approx. 12 hours, then drain old oil from the 8th axis
- Run-in program for H1 and create defect report for OEG
- Install left door, adjust various sheets
- Install chuck
- Adjust zero points
- Check tool change
