Maximum precision and high cutting heights with rapid feed rates – this is only possible with an uncompromisingly stable gantry construction. This level of uncompromising stability is achieved by using a proven tubular steel framework. The thick-walled steel tubes are meticulously welded into a complex support frame by our experienced staff, requiring many hours of dedicated craftsmanship. This creates the solid foundation for the high-precision guide rails, along which the saw carriage, weighing several hundred kilograms, will later move.

Perfect machine size for your workshop: 3200 x 3200 mm
The machine allows the processing of workpieces up to 3200 mm in length and width. This means the saw carriage can execute cuts up to 3200 mm long. The material pusher can also be adjusted up to 3200 mm to the cutting line.

Automatic cutting height adjustment up to 118 mm
The powerful motor drives the saw blade through material at cutting heights up to 118 mm. For optimal cutting geometry, the blade should project about 10 mm above the workpiece. This optimizes energy consumption, noise emissions, and blade service life—a significant advantage for users. Every machine is therefore equipped as standard with automatic cutting height adjustment. The machine scans the height of the material and automatically sets the saw blade to the correct cutting height.

Even when cutting multiple sheets in a stack, the saw blade drive must remain powerful. That’s why we equip our saw with a robust 18 kW (24.5 HP) main saw motor.

Motorized, stepless cutting height control including grooving function
A positioning drive allows the entire saw unit to be automatically raised or lowered to a set height, expanding production possibilities and ensuring precise grooves. Adjustment is made directly via the operator terminal.
