Cut-to-length slitting machine is used for longitudinal cutting of the metal sheets with maximum thickness 1mm, aluminum composite panels, paper, polycarbonate thanks to special cutting knives that are fixed on rolls of the slitting machine.

Cut-to-length slitting machine SM 1250x8 lets you to cut the material into eight strips.

The diameter of the rolls is 56 mm
There are types of the sheet metal cut-to-length machines we produce:

-Electric cut-to-length slitting machine SM 1250x4 (cutting for 3-4 strips)
-Electric cut-to-length slitting machine SM 1250x8 (cutting for 6-10 strips)
-Electric cut-to-length slitting machine SM 1250x12, SM 1250x20 (cutting for 12-20 strips)

The operator of cut-to-length slitting machine can easily change the width of the strips and their numbers. There are special screws on the knives to do it.

The machine has strong base to avoid deformation while cutting and lets to cut metal into 8 strips with the perfect quality.

The cutting speed of the slitting machine is about 10 meters/minute.

Cut-to-length slitting machine is electric so it doesn’t need any air or oil system to work. Electric consumption is 1.5 kW/hour. The voltage is 380V. It could be used in environment with temperature from -10 to +45 Celsius degrees.
