ERBA EVP-A 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA features a flat working container bottom with integrated separation, designed for processing medium to large workpieces. It is equipped with an easily replaceable screening unit. Emptying and separation are carried out through the integrated flap, which can be operated either manually or pneumatically. Upon request, reinforced suspension and a more powerful motor can be fitted to handle higher loads. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted using a frequency converter (optional). With its side discharge system, the EVP-A 550 can be linked with other machines for integrated workflows. The system can also be equipped with a fully automated PLC control (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their durability and longevity, which is also attributable to the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the working container.
