Offline filter cleaning with automatic fire extinguishing system

The dust extractor is a suction and filter unit for commercial use, designed for installation in the workplace. The dust extractor is suitable for capturing, conveying, and filtering dry wood, paper, or plastic chips and dusts from one or several processing machines. The unit is delivered fully assembled and ready for operation. Consisting of:

- Pressure-resistant and pressure surge-resistant housing (>200 mbar)
- Suction nozzle with non-return valve
- Antistatic filter elements
- Jet-pulse cleaning
- High-performance radial fan with IE3 efficiency class three-phase motor (arranged on the clean air side)
- Exhaust air silencer and air outlet grille
- Control unit with CEE plug (phase inverter)
- Automatic start control for up to 6 machines (activation via current coils or potential-free contacts possible)
- Automatic filter cleaning with runtime addition
- Integrated extinguishing system

Compressed air, prepared on site, must be supplied to the unit for cleaning (connection via NW7 coupling / 6 bar).
A water pipe, provided on site, must be connected to the unit for the fire extinguishing system (connection via ½" union fitting, min. 0.5 bar).
