SCM Method K

I have an Italian SCM Method K corner processing center for the production of wooden windows for sale.
The machine was manufactured in 1998. It is adapted and CE-marked.
The machine is in working order and fully operational. It was purchased by us 9 years ago as a backup and has not been used much since then. The machine is in very good condition – the resin marks indicate that it has seen little use.

Equipment:

- Tenoning unit
P - pressure pad – height adjustable on the turret
1TR - numerically controlled positioning cut-off saw
1VSJ - anti-splintering device
1VS - 620mm tenoning spindle, numerically controlled positioning

B - fence cylinder – used to adjust the tenoning depth

- Profiling unit
1VD - 320mm profiling head – numerically controlled height positioning, depth on the turret
G1 - fence with adjustable ON/OFF stroke
2VD - 320mm profiling head – numerically controlled height positioning, depth on the turret
3VD - 160mm profiling spindle – adjustable in positions 1 and 2
G2 - fence for recovering window bead
1SL - saw for recovering window bead, adjustable in ON/OFF position

Feed unit - stepless speed adjustment and height adjustment of the workpiece

I have documentation for this machine.

In addition, included in the price of this machine, are Aigner tools for the production of 90mm windows. This is not a complete set – documentation is available.
In addition, the price includes a whole box of new, replaceable blades for these tools, both straight and profile blades – I think it is worth several thousand Euros.
