Fully automatic sawing and punching machine for aluminium and plastic profiles

The Profilma 502 ST-V combines precise sawing and punching in a continuous, automated workflow. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, this machine is ideally suited for high-volume production, complex processing tasks, and the machining of bundle materials.

Control is provided via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time display, and integrated error diagnostics. An IXON router enables secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job.

Sawing range & feed:

- 500–550 mm saw blades
- Saw drive: 7.5 kW, S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm
- Infinitely variable speed adjustment
- Saw cut from below, powered feed
- Material feed: 3–800 mm, reverse feeding up to 4,000 mm
- Ball screw spindle with servo drive and round guide rails
- Residual piece: from 75 mm (sawing mode), from 80 mm (punching/sawing mode)*

Punching unit:

- Vertical hydraulic punch (output side) with automatic oil cooling
- Punching force: 300 kN
- Stroke: 20 mm
- Double stroke cycle time: 2 - 3 seconds
- Punch slug ejection into the machine frame
- Conveyor belt 250 × 800 mm for parts removal

Equipment:

- 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders (vertical, pressure-reduced)
- 3 chip extraction ports Ø 100 mm, potential-free contact for extraction control system
- Minimum quantity spray unit with two 3-litre tanks and fill level display
- Noise protection package: enclosure and saw guard internally insulated
- Roller conveyor (740 mm) with reach-in protection on the infeed side
- Sturdy stationary machine frame, working height: 960 mm
- Manually operated safety cover
- Saw blade housing located below the table surface

Max. cutting range:

- Profile height: up to 65 mm
- Profile width: up to 170 mm
