Montrasio GmbH offers you two excellent used NTRX 300 machines.

Machine Concept
- CNC turning/milling center (multitasking) with full 5-axis simultaneous machining
- 2 turning spindles (main spindle + counter spindle)
- B-axis milling head (swiveling milling head) + C-axes on the turning spindles
- Designed for complete machining (turning + milling + drilling + threading + contours)

- Max. turning length: 1,100 mm
- Distance between spindle noses (min./max.): 250 / 1,350 mm
- Distance between centers (min./max.): 125 / 1,225 mm

Main Spindle (Left)
- Spindle nose: A2-8
- Bar capacity: 71 mm
- Speed range: infinitely variable up to 4,500 rpm
- Spindle power (depending on spindle package): typically 22/18.5 kW (alternatively 15/11 kW possible depending on package)

Counter Spindle (Right)
- Design: full-featured counter spindle (part transfer/complete machining)
- C-axis available (for milling/indexing operations)
- Clamping device: hydraulic chuck (matching A2-8 configuration, typ. 10")

Milling Unit / 5-Axis Kinematics
- B-axis swivel range: 225° (−120° / +105°)
- Y-axis: ±125 mm (250 mm total)
- X/Y "square stroke" / machining window: 250 mm × 250 mm
- X-axis overhang under spindle center: 125 mm (for extended machining area)
