Used Microstep CombiCut 6001.20 for applications up to 150mm mild steel.

The system has the following features:

CombiCut gantry, driven on both sides
Oxy-fuel torch, acetylene up to 150mm cutting capacity
Piercing, fully automatic

Drilling with 10.3kW drilling support
Clamping on both sides
Drilling up to 30mm diameter
Tapping up to M20
Countersinking, corresponding to the drilling diameter
Incl. calibration unit for the drilling tools

All tools and carriages on the gantry are driven.

Tool changer mounted at the table end for 6 tools, SK40 holders (not included)

Oxy-fuel cutting table 6000 x 2000mm, designed for sheet metal up to 150mm
Table is cleaned and ready for immediate use (consisting of 2 elements)
Table has electronic flap control
Connection to a standard filter system is possible; this can be offered as an optional extra.

External machine control unit with 24" monitor

The machine has been fully tested and inspected. All functions are available and ready for use.

The system has an Asper license (CAM software) installed and can be connected to the network.
Office licenses are not included!

If we perform the assembly, the system will be installed with a functional guarantee. Furthermore, if AK Industry performs the assembly, the machine will receive a 3-month warranty.
