The Kaltenbach KBS 920 DG is a robust double-mitered band saw designed for the precise and cost-effective processing of large steel sections in the steel construction and steel trading industries.

The machine was completely overhauled in 2018 and is in very good condition. Thanks to its sturdy industrial design, hydraulic material clamping, and continuously adjustable band saw speed, it is particularly well-suited for demanding sawing operations on heavy steel sections.

The system includes a comprehensive material transport system with roller conveyors, cross conveyors, and a pushing measuring carriage. This combination enables efficient material feeding, precise length positioning, and optimized material flow. The band saw is designed for material lengths of 15 m. The system can be extended or shortened at any time by Nenok technicians.
