The TL-100/10000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and is specifically designed for the straightening of welded structures and cut plates. Like all of our hydraulic presses in this series, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry, it is possible to access various pressing points without having to reposition the workpiece.

The machine meets all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element software.
• Longitudinal movement of the gantry is achieved via a frequency inverter and toothed belt.
• The lateral movement of the head is motorized.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
• Equipped with a removable and replaceable wear pad to prevent piston wear, and machined at the end to adapt to tooling.
• Standard cylinder anti-twist device included, with a calibrated front and end-position switches for stroke adjustment.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic shutdown of rapid speed.
• Cylinder decompression valve.
• Pressure regulator.
• Glycerin-filled pressure gauge with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control panel is equipped with a selector for manual or semi-automatic operation.
• Another selector switch allows for choosing between rapid approach speed and low working speed.
• Operation is via a pendant control with emergency stop and low-voltage control circuit.
• Includes a button to confirm each cycle.
