Eckert Cutting Technology Jantar 2

Offered for sale is a used Jantar 2 CNC-controlled flame cutting machine from Eckert Cutting Technology. The machine is located at our customer's premises and is fully functional. A viewing is possible upon request and by appointment. The Jantar is designed for precise contour cutting up to 100mm. The machine, with its double-sided drive, achieves high cut quality, even for small holes.

The system is controlled via the Windows-based ECK 872 program. Thanks to its clear menu navigation, the system is ready to cut in just a few steps. The control system is installed as a ride-on version.

The ECK 872 CNC control is equipped with the following features:

The CNC control is equipped with the FINEST CUT Light 6.38 software (Windows 2000/XP/Vista). It allows for designing with CAD and CAM parts, working with a flag catalog/generator, automatically creating flags based on thickness/material, and DXF-IN.

The system/control is also equipped with the HD 3000 plasma torch support with arc height control. This feature is characterized by the absolutely precise guidance of the torch over the material to be cut. (Vibration tolerance of less than 20 µm on the torch shaft). The most important advantage arises from the use of the interactive CUTBUS bus system. This system transfers all piercing, cutting, and travel parameters from the technology data stored on the control system.

The system also includes the ESR-600 system. The ESR-600 system is equipped with a special rotating head that allows the cutting of pipes with a diameter between 100 mm and 315 mm. The chuck is designed for pipes with a diameter of 120-204 mm and features a moving suction pipe with a collecting container inserted into the pipe.

The system also includes the PFC-4 self-cleaning cartridge filter system. The advantages of this self-cleaning filter system are its optimal cleaning performance, user-friendliness, and low maintenance requirements. The filter system is equipped with a BIA M category cartridge filter (separation efficiency > 99%).

The flame cutting table features an under-table extraction system and an internal extraction duct. The support consists of 100 x 5m steel panels, which are installed at an angle. The table is divided into sections, each 500mm wide. This division ensures optimal capture of contaminants while requiring a relatively low air volume.
