The machine was used for riveting segment saw blades from Ø 400 to Ø 2000 mm.
The segments were manually placed onto the carrier disc and fixed with straight rivet pins.
The opposing riveting unit simultaneously rivets the pin from both sides.
The controlled table automatically rotates to the next working position after each cycle.
Ideal for saw blade manufacturers and repair shops.
Alternatively suitable as a basis for constructing a special-purpose machine.
