Specification:

The material to be cut can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the tool feed is automatic.
The lowering speed of the saw arm is adjusted using a hydraulic cylinder. The appropriate speed is achieved via a valve regulating oil flow between the cylinder chambers.
The desired blade speed is obtained by changing the transmission ratio on the belt pulleys between the worm gearbox and the drive motor. A coolant tank with an electric pump is located in the base.
High precision and solid construction place this machine among the leading band saws in its class, offering a large cutting capacity of up to 230 mm and angle cutting from 0° to 45°.
The CORMAK BS912N band saw, thanks to innovative improvements combined with high-quality bimetal blades, is widely used in metalworking shops where precision, quality, accuracy, and cutting speed are essential.
The cutting angle is set using a swivel vise in the range of 0°–45°.
The vise features massive walls made of durable cast iron. At the rear of the vise, there is an angle scale for quick and convenient angle adjustment.
Both blade guides are equipped with a cooling system that supplies coolant to the blade and the workpiece.
This model includes a convenient blade tensioning handle and a quick-release vise clamp for the workpiece.
The saw arm features a blade tension indicator and a chart for selecting blade tooth pitch and cutting speed depending on the type of steel being cut.
At the lower position of the arm (after completing the cut), the blade drive is automatically switched off via a modern limit switch.
Safety during operation is ensured by an electrical system that meets all CE requirements. The machine is equipped with a limit switch that stops it after cutting, an emergency stop button (“mushroom type”), and multiple micro-switches that shut down the machine if, for example, the belt guard or blade guard is opened.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a wire brush that cleans chips from the blade, preventing clogging and improving cutting efficiency.
The blade guides are fitted with special carbide plates and bearings, significantly improving blade guidance, durability, straightness, accuracy, and cutting quality.
Carbide guiding greatly reduces wear of both the machine and the blade.
The arm, made of profiled ductile cast iron, ensures rigidity during operation and absorbs vibrations.
The control panel is mounted on the saw arm.
