The plates are made of steel sheet and attached to a steel frame structure.
Maximum pressing force: 160 tons.
Specific pressure (on 100% of the area): 1.82 kg/cm2

Auxiliary cylinders: 6 x 50/30 mm

AUTOMATIC LOADING and UNLOADING of the plates on the lower plate, on the 3,500 mm side.
The transport is carried out via a motorized MYLAR belt. The belt is activated by 2 rollers, one of which is located at the entrance and one at the exit of the press. The rollers are driven by a motor with a chain that slides on special guides.
The Mylar belt rotates around the lower plate, which rests on special side supports.
The belt rotates on 2 rollers, which are located at the entrance and exit of the press.
The ends of the MYLAR belt are attached to special rods with devices for tensioning the MYLAR.
The upper plate is covered with a Mylar film.
The press plates
consist of thick steel sheets that are welded to the frame structure.
HYDRAULIC UNIT
with pump, oil tank and valves for operating the pressure cylinders and auxiliary cylinders that move the upper plate. The hydraulic control unit is located in the upper part of the press to facilitate maintenance.

UNLOADING MOTORIZED ROLLER TABLE 2,000 x 1,600 mm
The unloading table is located at the exit of the press for manual unloading of the pressed plates.
Exit side from the press: 1,600 mm.
Note:
The loading table of the press with the dimensions 3,500 x 1,600 and the unloading table with the dimensions 2,000 x 1,600 are shorter than the press table with the dimensions 5,500 x 1,600, as the press was installed in a line.
