Short Description:
DIMENSIONS:
Tabletop: 3000 x 1500 mm with 200 mm high side walls. Both tabletop and side walls are 15.0 mm thick.

HOLE SYSTEM:
Precision-milled and chamfered holes, System 28 mm, 100 x 100 mm grid, with engraved scale/grid.

MATERIAL:
S355 J2+N Steel (high-strength structural steel).

REINFORCEMENTS:
Internal ribbing (160 x 6 mm plates) spaced every 40 cm for maximum stability.

TOLERANCES:
Maximum deviation of 0.5 mm per meter length. Maximum angular deviation of 0.5°.

LEGS:
80 x 80 x 3 mm profiles, bolted, height-adjustable with swivel feet. Height adjustment range: 85–90 cm.

PRICE:
The price includes the table with standard metal-profile legs (wheels are not included in the base price). Swivel castors in various load capacities are available as an option for an additional fee. Full VAT invoices are issued.

Detailed Description:
Our tables are manufactured from high-grade S355 J2+N steel. The use of harder structural steel significantly reduces premature hole wear and ensures maximum structural durability. All holes are precision-milled and chamfered for optimal fit and tooling quality. Side walls are also made of S355 steel and feature a double row of holes.

Table flatness remains within a maximum tolerance of 0.5 mm per meter. For tables of this size, we typically achieve a flatness of 0.2 mm per meter, ensuring near-perfect surfaces. The tabletop is protected with a mill scale layer for initial corrosion resistance. Additionally, each table is treated with a professional anti-spatter agent with a corrosion inhibitor prior to shipment. [Our welding tables are not plasma nitrided.]

Robust internal ribbing provides necessary rigidity, even when welding heavy or complex assemblies. We also supply a full range of professional tools and accessories.
