The ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welding machine was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH, but has been in use since 2017. The mobile laser welder is equipped with a 200W laser source (9kW laser beam power), which allows repairing and modifying a wide variety of components of stamping dies, dies, injection molds, tools and machine parts at any desired location. Welding is carried out in semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system has a narrow laser head that allows access to the inside of the component to be welded. Controlled by computer, joystick and foot switch. The machine is in very good technical as well as visual condition. Regularly serviced.
