Walter Circular sawmil TTPP 450-700

The horisontal circular saw mill is designed for the production of radial sawn edged boards and beams from coniferous and hardwood logs by longitudinal sawing with two circular saws in both directions (without idling) at an angle of 90 °.
Sawing is performing by movable carriage which is running alongside a fixed log. The log sawing scheme is chosen by the operator individually, based on the shift task and rational log cutting optimization, depending on its diameter.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES:
- No need for logs sorting;
- Individual sawing scheme for each log;
- The possibility of sawing logs with a diameter of 150 to 1000 mm;
- Efficient output up to 70%;
- High productivity – up to 20 m³/shift (counting by raw roundwood).

*Using saws with a diameter of ø 450 mm, we can get a size max. 150x150 mm, with a saws with a diameter of 550 mm we get max. 200x200 mm, and in the version with a saw ø 630 we get a size of 240x240 mm., With a saw ø 700 the get an ability to increase the size to 270x240.
