Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4

This used SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4 has been functionally tested (not newly painted). Worn parts/seals have been replaced, and the machine geometry was reset to ensure the highest precision.

The SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4 is specifically designed for construction drilling, for series drilling in the 32 mm grid system, and for drilling fittings of various kinds; it enables all these tasks to be performed quickly, precisely, and with minimal setup times. Easiest operation via symbols and 4 program preselection controls for switching to new working processes in seconds.
Central adjustment of the removable side stops always ensures flush alignment at the front edge for precise drilling of left and right workpieces. It does not matter whether the parts are cut to size or in square. The dowelled corner connection is always flush—both at the edge and at the CNC machines—just as simply and quickly as with a SCHEER DB 4. Safety clamping device across the entire table width, clamping of workpieces directly at the drilling bar. Stop rail with three adjustable flip-stops. Continuous table supports facilitate feeding and drilling of long workpieces; foldable workpiece support tables make series and fitting drilling easier.
