The Rühle MPR 220 refrigerated vacuum tumbler is a versatile machine for mixing, maturing, salting, marinating, and seasoning products. Its drum can be tilted to various positions. Gentle processing helps protect the product, while a scraper ensures that the contents are mixed thoroughly throughout the drum.
The double-walled, insulated drum is directly cooled. The machine can process a range of fresh and frozen products, including meat, fish, poultry, game, seafood, nuts, cheese, spices, vegetables, and fruit. It is suitable for use in meat and fish processing plants, bakeries, and the convenience food, snack, salad, cheese, plant-based, baby food, pet food, fruit, and vegetable industries. The vacuum tumbler is made entirely of stainless steel.
