Compact high-precision CNC rotary indexing table with controller, suitable for single-part or small-batch production in mechanical engineering. Can be mounted in horizontal or vertical orientation.

This indexer is particularly well-suited as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines, for milling, engraving, laser marking, drilling, slotting, or for use on tool or surface grinding machines. Suitable for square, hexagonal, and gear cutting of any pitch, as well as 3D machining tasks.

Highly precise and accurate—features a worm gear set with a special 100:1 reduction ratio, custom-designed by us and not standard on the market.

Output torque: well over 70 Nm. Maximum clamping diameter: 250 mm. Center height: 125 mm.

Drive is provided via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, 7.5 A current, and a holding torque of 9.7 Nm. Achievable output division accuracy: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 microstepping.

The worm gear set is quadruple ball-bearing mounted and backlash-free, also adjustable. Bearings are from FAG/SKF.

The one-piece, robust spindle comes with a 200 mm faceplate, internal taper MK 3, and a through bore of 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

The electronic controller is a compact module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference runs as well as step monitoring with power supply included in the package. The toolbox module is made of metal.

Optimized pre-programming in incremental division angles of 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, and 0 degrees.

Repeat cycles, clockwise/counterclockwise operation, and cycle pauses are, of course, fully programmable.

With the supplied software, you can program travel operations and cycles, as well as absolute or incremental positions. The current value can be conveniently displayed in the software at any time. Via an output, the unit can exclusively receive start impulses from an NC machine. Flats, challenging graduated scales, cross bores, or gearwheels can be produced quickly.

Standard clamping devices are available for your applications, and custom fixtures can be manufactured quickly and economically on request. Custom rotary table solutions are also available upon inquiry.
