This combi-steamer accommodates 5x 400x600 mm baking trays. In automatic mode, the device independently detects the ideal cooking path, the size of the load, quantity loaded, and product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, sides, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
