We are offering for sale a large-format, 5-axis CNC waterjet cutting machine, PTV WJ4080. The machine was manufactured in 2025, has only approximately 255 operating hours, and is in new condition (like new/demonstration machine). Regular service and maintenance have been performed exclusively by authorized technicians from the manufacturer, PTV.

The machine is equipped with superior optional features for maximum precision (5-axis cutting head with bevel compensation) and gentle cutting of brittle materials. The machine is connected and ready for a demonstration.

Key features and technologies:

• Gentle Piercing function: Controlled piercing with a smooth increase in cutting pressure. Ideal for brittle materials (glass, tiles, ceramics, stone, composites), where it completely prevents cracking or delamination of the material.

• PTV JETS 3.8/60 Classic high-pressure pump:
- Equipped with a frequency converter (dampens shocks, saves electrical energy, and extends the life of high-pressure components).
- Integrated auxiliary pump for compensating low pressure in the supply water.

• ARSA automatic sludge removal: Continuous mechanical cleaning of the tank/collector from used abrasive + integrated vacuum tube for easy manual cleaning.

• Abrasive handling system: Pressurized abrasive feed unit PDA 1500.
