Technical Description of the Lumber Repackaging Line

Purpose of the equipment:

The line is designed for automated repackaging of lumber, offering the following operations:

- Dismantling of kiln-dried (stickered) packs
- Formation of transport (shipping) packs without stickers
- Reverse repackaging of transport packs into kiln-dried packs with stickers

Functional features of the line:

- Automatic feeding of lumber packs
- Layer-by-layer dismantling of packs with separation of stickers
- Accumulation and formation of new packs according to specified parameters
- Automatic placement of stickers during the formation of kiln-dried packs
- Adjustable pack dimensions (width, height, length)
- Integration with sorting and lumber conveying systems
- Capability for continuous operation

Processed material:

- Softwood and hardwood lumber
- Thickness: 16–80 mm
- Width: 75–250 mm
- Length: 3,000–6,000 mm.
