Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping, sawing, and lifting to the set height after the cut is completed.
Stepless hydraulic control of cutting pressure and feed rate on the back of the saw blade. This ensures optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed rate for thin-walled profiles.
Particularly suitable for universal use with different cross-sections, materials, and frequently changing miter cuts.
The machine control complies with CE standard 89/289.

Rapid lowering of the saw frame via push button to the material edge.
Manual miter adjustment from 90° to 30°, stepless according to scale.
The miter pivot point is the intersection between the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, thus no change in the length dimension when changing the angle.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping - CETOP hydraulic system.
At every angle of the saw frame, the material is clamped parallel at 90°.
Complete coolant system with electric submersible pump.
Central machine operation.
Saw blade drive with end-of-travel shut-off.
Movable blade guide arm, adjustable to material width.
Saw blade deflector rollers with carbide guide.
Chip-cleaning brush, rotating with the blade.
Saw blade tension with torque wrench.
Paint finish: silver gray / blue gray (RAL 7001 / RAL 7031).
