For used items: Warranty period is 12 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is a business within the meaning of §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

For new items: Warranty period is 24 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is a business within the meaning of §14 BGB, the warranty period is 12 months.
