Subframe:
Subframe as robust steel welded structure, two longitudinal beams with crossmembers supporting the 5-mm thick tipper profile and the 4-mm floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra. A 1,000-mm high steel front wall, fixed, with 2 lashing rings inside, each positioned towards the edge at mid-height. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom locks. Rear and side walls (one-piece, full length) made from aluminium hollow profiles, side walls foldable and swinging with sideboard lifting assist. Rear flap also foldable and swing-mounted, with central locking integrated in the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra 4 mm thick, precisely welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal/crossmembers. Press traverse and tipping pivot integrated and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side) arranged along the outer tipper floor. Steel construction in grade St 52-3. All steel parts sandblasted; add-on parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 (pure white).
