Tool holder HSK-F63 with tool changer.

1 traversing drum tool magazine per head unit, for 10 tools up to Ø 60 mm and – depending on the tool diameter – 130 mm length from the reference plane.

2 tables with aluminum table top 1,500 x 1,500 mm with grid holes. The tables can be coupled for machining larger components.

Several pneumatic clamping circuits per table.
1 minimum quantity lubrication system with spray nozzles.
Chip conveyor designed as an inclined conveyor.

Work safety:
2 automatic lift-up gates for front loading. In alternating operation with 1 partition (removable) between the tables. Safety bumper on the front edge of the table. With protective cabin for the rear of the machine, side access door, the cabin is closed at the top.
