The hydraulic press TL-100/10000E belongs to the T/NC series and has been specially developed for straightening welded structures and cut plates. As with all hydraulic presses in this series, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the bridge, access to various pressing points is possible without having to reposition the workpiece. The machine complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Electrically welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Longitudinal bridge travel achieved by frequency inverter and toothed belt.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
• Fitted with a removable and exchangeable pad to prevent piston wear and machined at the end to match the tool.
• Includes standard anti-rotation device for the cylinder and a calibrated front end with limit switches for stroke adjustment.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic cut-off for rapid speed.
• Cylinder decompression valve.

• Glycerin pressure gauge with tonnage indicator.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control panel includes a selector switch for manual or semi-automatic operation.
