Cross-feeding splicer
For highly efficient cross-gluing of parallel-joined veneer strips into endless or component-specific veneer surfaces. The cut or rotary-cut veneers must be pre-glued with PVAc or urea adhesives. This cross-gluer is the most economical alternative to longitudinal gluers for cross-grain applications.

Veneer strip thickness: 0.3-1.5 mm

Plate automation for component-specific surfaces with pre-sorted components and a pre-selected number of veneer strips.

Cross cutter

For outputting and stacking the veneer surface directly after splicing. The spliced surfaces are gently outputted and stacked on this compact direct stacking device without mechanical intervention.
Min. veneer sheet length (grain direction): 350 mm
Veneer sheet width (across the grain): 250 - 1200 mm
Max. stack height approx. (small sheets are not perfectly aligned): 500 mm
Max. stack width (across the grain) for discharge to the rear end: 1200 mm
