Equipment Highlights

Loading Platform:
- Loading area with approx. 30 mm thick hardwood floor.
- 10 pairs of external folding lashing rings (LC 10,000 daN).

Landing Legs:
- Hydraulic landing legs (± 55 kg)

TPMS:
- TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.
- Data transmission to the tractor unit via the standardized EBS interface per ISO 11992.
- For correct display, the tractor unit must be capable of processing and displaying this data.

Axles and Suspension:
- BPW axles, technical capacity 12,000 kg each, first axle rigid, all other axles with hydro-mechanical forced steering, mounted on turntables.
- Air suspension with lift and lower valve.
- Axle tools included.

Tires:
- Tires: 445/65 R 22.5 169 K, make at our discretion.

Electrical System:
- Electrical installation as per EU regulations, 24V ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3) lighting.
- ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection bar with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets, wired per ISO:
- 24N ISO-1185
- 24S ISO-3731
- 15-pin ISO-12098

Braking System:
Todpoxttc Ajfx Ad Ded
- Wabco brake system according to EU standards, with EBS-E (4S3M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Steel Structure:
- Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grained steels.
- Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)

Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure blast-cleaned after welding in a shot-blasting machine.
- Second abrasive treatment with corundum for optimal coating adhesion.
- Final paintwork: 2 layers of 2K top coat, single color in RAL 1007 (Narcissus yellow), in line with RAL 841GL system.
- Rear section metallized and painted RAL 9010 (Pure white). Rims silver gray.
- Metallic paint not available.
- Paint structure tested in salt spray test per ISO 9227-NSS.
- Cavities sealed with special wax.

Including Accessories:
- Loading platform with approx. 30 mm thick hardwood floor (± 270 kg)
- 2-inch kingpin
- One galvanized steel front wall (EN12642-XL), approx. 1,200 mm high
- Galvanized front connection panel with yellow-red air couplings
- Bracket for warning boards with socket at swan neck and rear left and right
- Rear and front axle steering adjustable by cable remote control with push buttons, axle alignment monitoring (without installation in the tractor unit)

- 12 pairs of stake pockets for approx. 100 x 50 mm drop-in stakes in the outer frame of the loading area
- Load pressure gauge to determine axle loads, including load chart

- BEKAMAX central lubrication system (Pico), with standard NLGI-2 grease and a removable pump guard (± 18 kg)
- 2 LED reversing lights mounted on the rear plate
- HRM metallization of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum)
