The product fed into the rotating drum (impeller wheel) is stabilized and first cut into slices by centrifugal force, then divided into strips by a system of circular blades, and finally, a precise shaft with chopping blades performs the final cut into perfect cubes. This technology guarantees perfect geometry and consistent slicing, minimizing waste and the formation of "ragged" edges. The entire construction of the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring maximum resistance to aggressive cleaning agents and moisture.
