The CORMAK S-200RH metal cutting band saw is a modern semi-automatic band saw designed for intensive operation in the metalworking industry. It enables cutting at angles from -45° to +60°, providing high precision, repeatability, and efficiency even when processing heavy sections.

The machine combines precise blade guidance with automation of key functions, including hydraulic arm lifting/lowering and hydraulic vice control.

Construction and technology

The band saw is built on a stable steel base with an integrated hydraulic unit and coolant tank. The saw arm is made from a single-piece cast iron construction, providing high resistance to vibration and twisting, which directly improves cutting quality.

The blade guides are equipped with carbide inserts and roller bearings, ensuring accurate alignment and straight cutting of processed materials. A high-performance ABB M3V series motor and worm gear transmission provide two cutting speeds for optimal adaptation to different materials.

The machine enables fast and repeatable cutting of pipes, profiles, and solid materials, including very small sections starting from Ø5 mm.
