MDC1500/400 Metal Chip Extractor

The MDC1500/400 metal chip extractor is an industrial machine designed for intensive use at grinding and welding stations, as well as wherever effective removal of metal chips and dust is required. This model provides high extraction performance, stable airflow and filtration adapted to the demanding conditions typical of metal production and processing.

Design and Technology

The MDC1500/400 is equipped with a high-performance motor operating at S1 100%: 1.5 kW and S6 40%: 2.1 kW, ensuring stable extraction performance even during extended operation. The 400 V / 50 Hz power supply provides reliable operation and consistent impeller performance.

The dual-inlet system, 2 × 100 mm, enables efficient extraction from two sources. The optimised suction system design allows an airflow rate of up to 2,200 m³/h without a bag. When operating with a bag or hose, the extraction capacity is 1,500 m³/h, which is still fully sufficient for workstations generating large quantities of metal dust and chips.

Its robust housing minimises vibrations, while the precisely designed filtration system ensures optimal capture of dust generated during grinding, deburring and welding.
