CORMAK BS370H

The BS370H is a powerful and reliable semi-automatic band saw with miter cuts from -45° to +60° and a hydraulically controlled vice and saw arm. The machine is irreplaceable in every locksmith's workshop and is ideal for cutting pipes, profiles and solid materials. The belt guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This has a huge impact on belt guidance, belt life, straightness, accuracy and cut quality. The carbide guide greatly reduces machine and saw blade wear. The machine is equipped with an efficient cooling pump with a closed coolant circuit.

The drive of the machine is transmitted via a worm gear. The machine has a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and motor thermal protection. The cutter is equipped with a strain gauge - a tape tension sensor and an automatic switch-off in the event of the cutting tape breaking.

The shape of the upper part of the base is a tub for draining the coolant and catching chips formed during the cutting of the material. A cast iron work table with a swivel arm and a control panel on a separate arm is attached to the base. In the cutting process, the main cutting movement is the moving of the cutting band and the arm's lowering feed. The speed of the arm's descent (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder.

In semi-automatic mode, after pressing START, the hydraulic vise will clamp the material, the hydraulics will lower the saw arm, the limit switch will give the signal to finish cutting and the hydraulics will raise the saw arm.
