Technological line – equipment characteristics
The technological line consists of a set of devices designed for transporting, cleaning, drying, and curing components, including furniture fronts and panels.
The TB 2000 and TB 1500 belt conveyors are equipped with belts resistant to abrasion, friction, and solvents. The drive is powered by a geared motor controlled by a frequency inverter, providing a feed rate of 2.2 to 20 m/min. The devices have independent control panels with PLCs.
The SMARTCLEAN 33-F brush machine is used to clean components before the painting process. It has a steel, reinforced body, adjustable height of the working units, and a system of brushes, blowers, and deionizing bars. The working width is 1300 mm, and the range of thickness of the processed components is 3–80 mm. The feed rate is 4–20 m/min, and the brush speed is 250–1100 rpm. The machine is equipped with a PLC, a touch panel, and safety systems.
The UV-R SP M2 oven is designed for curing UV-cured products and for operation in a line with a working width of 1300 mm. It is equipped with two UV lamps, a cooling system, and an integrated conveyor with a length of 2000 mm. The total length of the oven is 12,000 mm, and the maximum component thickness is 80 mm. Control is via PLC and a touch LCD monitor, with the ability to save programs. The system enables precise adjustment of the radiation power and automatic control of the lamps and cooling.

The TT 11000 chain conveyor has steel guides and chrome-plated beams. The length of the device is 11,000 mm, the operating speed is 2.1–20 m/min, and the drive power is 0.75 kW. Control is via a frequency inverter.
The TR 1500 roller conveyor is equipped with driven PVC rollers with a diameter of 66 mm and a pitch of 125 mm. Its length is 1500 mm, and the feed rate is 2.2–20 m/min. The device has a PLC panel, a protective cover, and a photocell at the output.
The ECOGEL 64/5 oven is designed for rapid drying of components using laminar flow of hot air. The flow is in the opposite direction to the direction of panel transport. The oven is equipped with a G4 filtration system, a heat exchanger with automatic temperature control, and supply and exhaust fans. The total length is 9000 mm, the working width is 1300 mm, and the maximum component thickness is 80 mm. The installed power is 3.7 kW, and the thermal power is 76,400 kcal/h. The AQUADRY LA/8 oven is designed for rapid drying of water-based stains and lacquers. It uses high-speed air knives to ensure efficient heat exchange. The process can be further accelerated using infrared lamps. Air recirculation helps to reduce energy consumption.
