Edge banding machine Brandt KDF 530 C equipped with jointing, corner copying unit, two scraping blades, and Riepe spraying systems.

The machine features a high level of automation:

All reversible blades on the milling units and scrapers have been renewed or rotated, saw blades and jointing cutters have been sharpened, and buffing wheels replaced. The machine is therefore immediately ready for operation. Only the diamond cutter for the contour milling has not been replaced but is still sharp.

Minor paint damage has been touched up.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The overall condition speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer reboots during operation (mostly at high room temperatures); this has not been an issue for us, as operation can continue in the meantime.
