In combination with EASYSTICK, the MINIPRESS top is your optimal processing package for all drilling operations on carcasses, doors, and fronts.

EASYSTICK is the automated and easy-to-set stop system for boring and fitting insertion machines. From quick and simple machine setup to perfect results, your entire process is optimized: Drilling positions are determined digitally, stops adjust automatically, and guide you step by step to the correct positions: position the panel, drill, done!

Equipped with EASYSTICK, planning and processing on the MINIPRESS top are digitized. You can either plan directly on the machine or import your planning data from the carcass configurator – quickly and easily via WLAN or USB stick. The imported production data can be directly accessed and processed further. The EASYSTICK computer also allows you to make processing settings directly at the MINIPRESS top. Enter carcass data and front dimensions, select fittings – EASYSTICK automatically determines the drilling positions for you.

Thanks to EASYSTICK, the MINIPRESS top automatically controls the stop positions. The boring carriage travels along the Y-axis automatically, while the worktable and ruler remain in the same position – easy to set up and precise. The MINIPRESS top offers a reach up to 350 mm by adjusting the boring carriage, allowing, for example, centered row drilling in cabinets with large depths.

With the MINIPRESS top, you need just one machine for all vertical and horizontal drilling applications. Using the horizontal drilling unit of the MINIPRESS top, you can perform construction borings, e.g., for dowels and connectors, with absolute precision. The horizontal drilling unit is easily accessible and simple to adjust and operate.
