The VPF series vacuum press is designed for laminating with PVC foil as well as veneering with natural wood veneer. It is suitable for both small and large manufacturing facilities.

The VPF Vacuum Press is fully automated and features three operating modes:

- Automatic Mode: After pre-setting the working parameters on the PLC controller, the press automatically performs all actions (heating, pressing, cooling).
- Manual Mode: The operator manually carries out all operations.
- Membrane Mode: Intended for use with a membrane for veneering and laminated bending (also available in automatic mode).

APPLICATIONS:
- Laminating flat components with PVC foil (kitchen fronts, window sills)
- Veneering straight and shaped elements with natural wood veneer (doors, frames, chairs, tables, furniture, coffins)
- Laminating components with HPL laminates in 2D format (kitchen countertops, window sills)
- Pressing of structured surfaces (stone veneer, decorative mats)

- Robust welded frame, powder-coated
- Infrared heating system with carbon heaters
- Three heating zones with adjustable temperature
- Pneumatic cylinders for lifting the heating dome
