The Wolfking Y/D-REV is a powerful, highly efficient industrial mincer designed specifically for the pre-processing and actual grinding of whole, hard blocks of frozen meat, fish, or poultry.
Thanks to its enormous 400 mm screen diameter and a 33 kW motor operating at 250 A, the machine effortlessly crushes and grinds frozen material (even down to -20°C) without the need for prior thawing or pre-cutting. This allows for maintaining the highest microbiological quality of the product and drastically reducing the process time.

Key features:
- Extreme construction: Massive body and feed hopper made entirely of acid-resistant stainless steel, designed to withstand enormous mechanical loads.

- High throughput: A 400 mm diameter combined with a special geometry of the feed and cutting screw ensures a gigantic hourly throughput.

- Low temperature increase: A special cutting system reduces friction to a minimum, which prevents overheating of the material during grinding and allows for maintaining the ideal structure of fat and protein.
