PLC-controlled wood copy lathe for turning and milling.
The machine has two controlled axes: the longitudinal axis and the rotary axis.
Input of various feed rates and corresponding lengths during turning, as well as additional divisions and pitches during milling.
Several programs for turning and milling operations can be stored.
Hydraulic copying using a pattern or template.
The roughing and copying tools are equipped with fine adjustments.
Template adjustment via fine-pitch spindles, adjustable from the front and rear.
The copying length can be divided into up to 6 sections with different feed rates for turning highly contoured workpieces.

Drive motor 400V / 3kW with electric motor brake.
Two speed stages adjustable via belt drive; within each stage, stepless operation is possible via a frequency inverter.
Speed stage 1: 200 - 2000 rpm
Speed stage 2: 350 - 3400 rpm

Copying length with steady rest approx. 1350mm
