WEINIG Powermat 2000XL

For sale is a planing line by Weinig, complete with associated mechanisation from Kallfass (before and after the planer).

The planing line is currently no longer in daily production. The operator side (left) first spindle and its mounting are defective.

Weinig Moulder:
Weinig Powermat 2000XL (year 2006) with 5 spindles (Weinig Powerlock system) plus chamfering unit. "Set-up time savings!"
Spindle arrangement: bottom, right, left, top, bottom. The bottom and top spindles are both equipped with a jointing device.
Spindle motor ratings: bottom 23.5 kW / right 15 kW / left 15 kW / top 28.5 kW / bottom 28.5 kW.
Spindle speed: 8,000 rpm.
The feed has a 15 kW drive motor, providing feeding speeds from 6 to 60 m/min.
Compressed air requirement: nominal pressure 8 bar, operating pressure 6 bar.

Workpiece dimensions for processing in the planing line:
Shortest part: 2.00 m
Longest part: 11.00 m (depending on mechanisation)
Minimum thickness: 19 mm
Maximum thickness: 200 mm
Minimum width: 40 mm
Maximum width: 300 mm
Maximum profiling depth: 35 mm
Feed rate: 6–60 m/min.

Splitting is possible on the fifth lower spindle up to 60 mm height.

Mechanisation:
Kallfass "HmoK10000" year 2006 (operational/used)
Before and after the planing line there is mechanisation by Kallfass. There is the option to buffer 2–3 packs before the unit, which must then be manually destacked before the infeed.
Layer formation after the planer is performed by a paternoster unit with 3 adjustable walls. The maximum component length for this setup is 11.00 m.

Price is quoted net ex works, without warranty. Complete disassembly is to be carried out by the buyer.

A large inventory of cutterheads, spare parts, and various extraction components is available and can be purchased separately.
